Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and manage end-to-end channel operational processes, including partner onboarding, deal registration, and incentive management.

- Define reporting frameworks and partner performance metrics, including pipeline contribution and ROI.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Channel Operations with partner-led go-to-market models.
- Deep expertise in PRM platforms like Impartner and hands-on experience with Crossbeam for ecosystem intelligence.
- Advanced Salesforce knowledge and strong analytical capabilities with Excel and BI tools.
