What you'll do:
- Lead and coach a team of Retirement Onboarding Specialists to deliver seamless client onboarding.
- Oversee the full plan onboarding process, from document review to recordkeeper coordination.
- Build processes, maintain SOPs, and drive improvements to scale as the business grows.
