Enterprise Customer Success Manager

What you’ll do:

• Manage relationships with our highest-value customers.
• Pioneer new practices to improve customer success programming.
• Become a Dovetail expert and stay up to date with new features.
• Partner with sales to ensure new customers are successfully onboarded.
• Responsible for ensuring that customers renew and increase the value they get from Dovetail over time.
• Test, and iterate on playbooks and engagement strategies with your counterparts.

What You’ll Bring:

• Extensive experience working in a customer success or strategic consulting role.
• Proven track-record across retention, churn reduction, and expansion.
