The Role:
- Own OMX's highest-priority strategic initiatives from strategy through execution, partnering with executive program owners.
- Develop clear execution plans, align stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Anticipate risks and adapt to changing priorities through thoughtful planning and governance.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, or Member Experience.
- Exceptional program management skills and the ability to design simple, scalable solutions for complex problems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
