About the Role:
- You will help improve how Chime measures, manages, and drives performance across its Member Experience organization.
- You will work with BPO partners and operational leaders to turn performance data into meaningful improvements.
What You'll Do:
- Build scalable performance frameworks, scorecards, and dashboards for BPO teams.
- Analyze audits and speech analytics to uncover trends and drive accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance strategy and adopt AI-driven evaluation tools.
