People Lead

Talent Acquisition:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for all Wand roles globally.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and write job descriptions.
• Continuously improve how we source, evaluate, and close candidates.

HR Operations & Administration:

• Oversee US full-time employee operations, including payroll and benefits enrollment.
• Oversee international contractor operations, including contract creation and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and contractor requirements across all geographies.

People Development:

• Build and run a structured feedback process that helps people grow.
• Identify skill gaps and training needs across teams.
• Create clear career pathways and growth frameworks.

Culture & Employee Engagement:

• Design and run engagement initiatives that make the whole team feel connected to Wand's mission.
• Plan and execute the annual team offsite, including logistics and agenda design.
• Ensure the offshore team feels as connected to Wand's culture and direction as anyone on the US team.
