Samsara's Installation Specialists ensure customers successfully deploy hardware at scale.
This role oversees customer engagements, provides onsite management for complex deployments, and proactively de-risks projects.
It is ideal for someone with ~4 years of experience in project management or field services.

In this role, you will:

Monitor customer installation milestones in collaboration with Implementation Consultants.
Serve as a point of contact for escalations and troubleshoot during install phases.
Coordinate with installation vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget work.

Minimum requirements:

High school diploma required; advanced degree preferred.
4+ years experience managing vehicle and/or hardware technology.
Understanding of vehicle diagnostic systems, including CAN bus.

An ideal candidate also:

Develops professional customer-facing documentation.
Has strong bias for standardization and automation.
Possesses familiarity with AI tools to drive operational efficiency.
