Sales Support:
- Arm the sales team with great content and identify new ways to use Novara products.
- Provide technical support throughout the sales process by scoping solutions.
- Be the voice from the field on client product usage.
Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations for active deals.
- Educate clients on Novara's fit into their safety and compliance ecosystem.
- Lead creation of specific demonstrations and proof of concepts.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years in Sustainability, Environmental, or ESG software space.
- Deep technical expertise in SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
