Payroll System Analyst Lead

Overview:

• The Payroll System Analyst Lead is responsible for the day-to-day administration of core systems, applications, and reports.
• This role supports the team member base, performs configuration changes, assists with projects, and troubleshoots technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform timely reporting and analysis, including audits of payroll reports and oversight of the payroll team.
• Develop expertise in automated applications, serve as point of contact for end users, and provide technical support for system implementations.
• Train and mentor team members, suggest process improvements, and utilize AI tools to enhance automation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; FPC or CPP desired.
• 6+ years experience in a senior payroll system analyst role and 4+ years of timekeeping and HRIS system management.
• Proficient in Excel, analytical skills, knowledge of payroll laws and policies.
