Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Partner with managers to understand recruitment needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience for Talent Acquisition Specialist II, 7+ years for Senior.
• Industry experience in construction, energy, or trades preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
