- Own engagement health across the full KitCheck customer base.
- Maintain a portfolio view of accounts needing intervention and ensure each at-risk account has a named owner and plan.
Engagement Metrics & Reporting:
- Define and maintain the KitCheck engagement scorecard.
- Publish recurring executive summaries and send account-level updates to CSMs.
Proactive Account Intervention & SME Orchestration:
- Diagnose gaps and re-engage customers directly or deploy internal experts.
- Direct pharmacy SME capacity across Implementation, Support, and Professional Services.
CS & Sales Enablement:
- Arm CSMs and Account Managers with engagement context ahead of QBRs, EBRs, and renewals.
- Flag expansion opportunities and be honest about accounts that are not healthy.
