Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Service Transition Planning and Coordination to ensure seamless movement from development and engineering into operational acceptance.
- Drive Operational Readiness and Acceptance, logging, tracking, and validating Operational Readiness Requirements (ORRs).
- Evaluate impacts to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship and an active SECRET Government Security Clearance.
- At least three years of experience as a Services Transition Analyst.
- Ability to document transition processes accurately, applying attention to detail.
