About the role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers.
  • Partner closely to help them launch, grow, and scale successful communities.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and rollout.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their goals.
  • Consult on the best ways to achieve them using Circle drive product adoption, revenue growth and retention.
  • Analyze customer usage to identify risks and opportunities and create accurate forecasts.

  • Experience serving customers and navigating the complexity of tight timelines and complex processes.
  • Comfortable learning and understanding business models across industries/segments.
  • A team player with a high level of integrity and desire to assist your team.
