Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried field roles across Texas, ensuring roles are filled ahead of operational readiness for new stores.
- Partner with Senior Leadership to understand talent needs and proactively build pipelines, tracking hiring milestones and maintaining accurate progress visibility.
- Oversee recruiters, providing coaching and direction to ensure high productivity and quality of hire while maintaining recruiting standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with Field Marketing for employer brand strategies and with Area Training Partners for onboarding logistics.
- Establish weekly touchpoints with Operations Leaders to align on staffing levels, hiring progress, and evolving workforce needs.
- Drive a seamless candidate experience by managing the transition from interview through offer, hiring, and orientation.
Process and Systems:
- Utilize the Paradox applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines, communications, and hiring workflows.
- Ensure adherence to recruiting SOPs and standardized processes while updating internal dashboards to reflect accurate hiring status.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance speed and quality of hire.
