Job Description
As a Technical Consultant, you get to serve as the technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices, while focusing on configuration versus customization. You will support efforts such as process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/future-state processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders.
You will advise customers in their efforts to take advantage of ServiceNow Solutionโs standard capabilities, improving their processes. You will lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology and guide customers in completing documentation for technical aspects of the solution.
This role also requires you to draft user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer materials, while supporting customers in reviewing and approving them. You will lead technical aspects of project and solution delivery, potentially overseeing and unit testing partner resources development. Developing integration and portal components will be required, as well as preparing customer-facing deliverables focused on the technology and responsible for quality of configured/developed solutions.
