About This Role:

Qualifications:
- 7+ years in healthcare operations, 3+ years managing managers.
- Strong data analysis, budget oversight, and communication skills.
- Must reside in California and travel within the state.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $146,000-$187,000 plus stock options and stipends.
- 20 vacation days, 11 holidays, and generous parental leave.
