What you will be doing:

  • Help business owners identify, design, and implement process changes to make Podium a seamless part of their business.
  • Analyze performance, troubleshoot client challenges, and design creative solutions to obstacles.
  • Manage the lifecycle of your customer portfolio, including a pipeline of high-intensity projects, and focus on growth and retention metrics.

What you should have:

  • 4+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience.
  • Ability to identify and highlight customer ROI and business value.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead customer onsite meetings and deliver favorable business reviews.
