Senior Manager of Engineering Recruiting

Role Responsibilities:

• Recruiting Strategy & Vision: Build and refine strategies for engineering roles using market intelligence and talent mapping to create executable hiring plans.
• Engineering Partnership & Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with engineering leadership to translate business priorities into hiring strategies and evolve interview processes, using data to guide decisions.

Team & Operations:

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters, fostering high performance through clear expectations and coaching.
• Operational Excellence, Scale & Resilience: Own funnel health using data to improve processes and pipelines, building scalable sourcing partnerships and operating rhythms.
