About the role:

• This role sits at the heart of the People & Talent team, connecting People Business Partners, Operations, and Talent.
• You'll own the connective work that keeps our People programs scaling smoothly.
• You will use AI to streamline recurring tasks while knowing where human judgment is essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the onboarding experience end to end and maintain accurate employee records across systems.
• Help coordinate People programs, including surveys, L&D, and engagement initiatives.
• Support leaves of absence, policy rollouts, and compliance, and drive full-cycle hiring when needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations/HR with a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle.
• Excellence in written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and discretion handling sensitive data.
• Comfort using AI tools and experience with ADP, Greenhouse, and other People platforms.
