Senior Manager of Driver Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage global driver testing programs, translating strategy into executable plans across geographies.
• Hire, train, and lead a full-time Driver Operations team while managing a network of local resources.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design and evolve in-car test plans and features.

Program Execution and Analysis:

• Lead execution of testing programs to ensure delivery of high-quality bug reports, logs, and feedback to engineering.
• Oversee production of detailed test outputs like videos and logs, providing initial analysis using engineering or AI tools.
• Define KPIs, benchmark metrics, and create dashboards and reports to communicate performance to stakeholders.

Operational and Strategic Leadership:

• Streamline stakeholder communications end-to-end with customers, Engineering, Product, Executives, and Support.
• Manage an international fleet of vehicles, including parking, insurance, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Uphold a culture of collaboration, transparency, creativity, inclusion, and data-driven decision making.
