Program Instructors Recruitment Office Lead

Role Overview:

• This is a pro-bono (unpaid) position with a six-month commitment.
• Approximately six flexible hours per week dedicated to STEM education equity.
• Requires active participation in virtual team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for recruiting college students as volunteer instructors.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of engagement strategies, adjusting as needed.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to the Program Instructor recruiters.

Qualifications:

• Genuine interest in solving the STEM education gender gap.
• Strong leadership, team building, and resourcefulness.
• Experience with campus recruitment and managing a team in a virtual environment.
