About JerseySTEM:
- JerseySTEM is a pro-bono professional network focused on gender equity in STEM education.
- Members volunteer their skills to support underserved middle school girls in New Jersey.
Role Overview:
- This is a pro-bono (unpaid) volunteer position with a six-month minimum commitment.
- Flexible hours of 3-5 hours per week are required.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of broad HR experience, including HR operations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment:
- A $100 refundable deposit is required, waived for K-12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students.
- Active membership is expected for the full six-month period.
