Responsibilities:
- Lead the University Relations activities of JerseySTEM, developing relationships with New Jersey based universities.
- Manage a team of 4-5 direct reports across Business Development, Student Groups, and Individual students.
- Report to the board of directors or the Executive Board Member overseeing COLE.
Qualifications:
- Genuine concern about solving the STEM education gender gap.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Experience with universities and college campuses preferred.
Time Commitment:
- 3-6 hours weekly for a minimum of 6 months.
- Attend weekly team meetings (Sundays 5pm EST) and monthly leadership meetings.
