JerseySTEM is a pro-bono contributor network focused on improving STEM access for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey.
Members commit approximately six flexible hours per week for a minimum of six months, with a $100 refundable deposit (exemptions for educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students).

Role Overview:

The ICIMS Team Lead is the owner and subject matter expert of the ICIMS applicant tracking system, requiring at least one year of recent system administration experience.
This role ensures meticulous alignment of accurate business processes, workflows, and system dependencies within the ICIMS ATS.

Key Responsibilities:

Project planning, control, and leadership of assigned ATS development and implementation projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and ICIMS, coordinating with leaders across departments.
Direct project activities, coordinate the HRIS team, and monitor progress against project schedules.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of recent ICIMS experience.
Experience leading an operations team and conducting virtual presentations and training sessions.
Ability to translate business priorities into HR strategies and value propositions.
