About the role:
- Phone-forward outreach using Scout's sourcing platform.
- Connect with psychologists about mission-aligned opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Run ~600 calls and ~1,000 emails weekly via Scout.
- Book interested psychologists into interviews.
- Hit weekly activity and booking targets.
What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years in high-volume outbound roles.
- Organized, coachable, clear communicator.
