Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise financial support services employees to achieve agreed-upon metrics and goals.
  • Ensure that team members follow established workflow process.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues.

Team Management:

  • Responsible for employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and off-boarding.
  • Identify areas for additional training across the group.
  • Create development plans and assignments for team members.

Financial Oversight:

  • Monitor and collect outstanding invoices.
  • Generate monthly client reminder statements.
  • Prepare documents for write-off of accounts receivable.
