Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise financial support services employees to achieve agreed-upon metrics and goals.
- Ensure that team members follow established workflow process.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues.
Team Management:
- Responsible for employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and off-boarding.
- Identify areas for additional training across the group.
- Create development plans and assignments for team members.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor and collect outstanding invoices.
- Generate monthly client reminder statements.
- Prepare documents for write-off of accounts receivable.
