Your Role:
- Own the relationship with existing patients, proactively preventing churn.
- Handle cancellation requests empathetically and identify at-risk patients.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively contact at-risk patients using behavioral signals and CRM.
- Handle cancellations and pauses with empathy and confidence.
- Re-engage lapsed subscribers through multichannel win-back campaigns.
What You'll Own:
- At-risk outreach, cancellation handling, and win-back campaigns.
- CRM documentation and KPIs like retention and save rates.
