Your responsibilities:
- Present and market our aesthetics products (medical devices) to physicians by phone.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and virtual conference tools to build strong relationships and achieve revenue targets.
- Plan and conduct remote customer meetings, follow up diligently, and provide professional product information to physicians in clinics.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial or scientific training, pharmaceutical representative training, or equivalent knowledge per §75 AMG.
- At least two years customer service experience, preferably one year in telephone service.
- High affinity for the aesthetics industry, strong digital skills with Veeva CRM and CLM, and excellent German language skills.
