Essential Functions:

  • Supervise a team of Patient Access Representatives to ensure efficient handling of all administrative and technical functions.
  • Serve as the knowledge expert and resource for team members, resolving patient inquiries including scheduling, price estimates, and escalations.
  • Monitor service performance, report metrics, and provide coaching to meet accuracy and productivity goals.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher, or equivalent experience in business or health services administration.
  • Two or more years in healthcare contact centers, patient access, or related settings; prior supervisory experience.
  • Customer focus, ability to multi-task, and English proficiency; dedication to Planned Parenthood’s mission.
