Lead Twilioβs New Business Account Executive team selling into the DACH & Benelux regions within EMEA. Reporting into the EMEA VP for our Twilio Communications BU, the right person for this role is an experienced new-logo hunter who wants to grow out and develop a high performing team of hunters to serve as the engine of growth for the region.
Build and manage a high performing team of account executives that pursue new prospects in the DACH & Benelux EMEA regions. Coach and lead a team to identify a focused strategy around new-client pursuit selling solutions across the entire portfolio of Twilio Communications BU Products. Enable and coach your team around how to engage across every customer segment but with a focus on enterprise hunting. Work closely with our Professional Services & Partner teams to help new customers achieve success as they onboard onto the platform. Forecast your team overachieving on their goals, and deftly present your guidance to your management.
