Program Manager

About the job:

• This position develops and delivers comprehensive technology solutions through consulting engagements across all of Twilio’s products.
• Program Managers combine deep expertise with technical knowledge to set, manage, and meet customer expectations.
• They ensure customers have an excellent experience, see value from solutions, and generate revenue for Twilio.

Responsibilities:

• Set, manage, and meet customer expectations with regard to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing guidance on solution architecture, system configuration, and deployment.
• Proactively analyze customer usage patterns and technical health to identify optimization opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project/program management experience implementing or delivering software solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving software configuration, data mapping, and API integrations.
