Customer Proposals Specialist II

What You'll Do:

• Develop accurate, compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other procurement requests for FOLIO Library Services Platform and related SaaS solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements to identify response needs, gaps, and areas requiring subject matter expert input.
• Coordinate proposal projects from initial review through submission, including requirements analysis, assignments, and quality review.

• You will be welcomed as a member of the EBSCO RFP Team, working closely with colleagues dedicated to proposals for FOLIO and related library technology solutions.
• You'll collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, and technical subject matter experts across EBSCO.

About You:

• 2+ years’ experience in a sales or corporate environment with proven communications and writing experience.
• 2+ years of professional writing, research, project coordination, or proposal development experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects while coordinating information across stakeholders.

What Sets You Apart:

• Master of Library Science or equivalent graduate library degree.
• Experience implementing or migrating to an integrated library system or library services platform.
• Experience as a systems librarian, technical services librarian, or in a comparable library technology role.
