Vice President of People

Rad AI is seeking a Vice President of People to champion its people strategy during a major growth phase, reporting directly to the CEO. This executive role shapes organizational culture, drives performance, and leads HR Business Partners and recruiting teams. The VP will architect people programs that help scale Rad AI, building a workplace where energy, accountability, and positivity fuel results. The role involves designing strategies for talent planning, onboarding, and organizational development as Rad AI rapidly grows, as well as fostering a vibrant and inclusive culture through energetic leadership and authentic communication. This role will oversee compensation, succession planning, and overall workforce strategy. Experience managing HR Business Partners and recruiting teams is required, as is a background in the technology sector, preferably with SaaS and healthcare exposure.
