Claims Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit mortgage insurance and agency claims for acquired or sold properties in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• Conduct monthly process control and vendor audits, documenting findings and reporting results to management.
• Review exception reports to ensure system data integrity and identify operational trends or issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, mortgage insurance claims, foreclosure processes, or related legal/financial field.
• Strong understanding of mortgage industry practices, claims workflows, and foreclosure guidelines.
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and make sound operational decisions.
