About the Role:
- Define, build, and deliver training and enablement initiatives.
- Enhance customer's knowledge and skills to maximize their experience with TDX.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop role-specific training for Customer Success and Sales teams.
- Build and maintain a learning library for ongoing access to resources.
- Implement certification programs for Brightfield's TDX platform.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in building and delivering training programs at a global scale.
- Skilled at designing content across multiple learning formats.
- A strong communicator who can translate complex information into simple training experiences.
