Role Overview:
- Owns day-to-day operational administration for enterprise AI platforms.
- Partners with the AI Solutions Lead on operational handoff for new platforms and pilots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administers user provisioning, workspace configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Serves as primary operational point of contact for AI platform support.
- Develops service catalogs, guides, and support documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus five years of platform or SaaS administration experience.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and supporting end users.
- Comfort defining processes while executing them in a new function.
Additional Details:
- This role can be performed remotely with occasional visits to an Emory location.
