WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Funnel ownership and experimentation: find friction, form hypotheses, ship improvements, and drive sustainable new-customer growth.
- Marketing and data partnership: work the seam between marketing and product, partnering on tracking and MarTech tooling.
- Commerce evolution: help shape purchasing as we grow beyond subscription into one-time purchase and new commerce paths.

- Strong A/B testing track record and think in hypotheses, not hunches.
- Understand marketing signals infrastructure well enough to improve it.
- Real CRO programs with LP testing and e-commerce fundamentals from a digitally native retailer.
