Compensation and Structure:
- Base salary is $43,800 per year with on-target-earnings ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 in the first year.
- Position is full-time and non-exempt, eligible for overtime, with core hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by following up on leads, referrals, and assigned accounts to establish and maintain prospect relationships.
- Assess prospect needs to present appropriate solutions, resolve concerns, and convert leads using provided technology and product knowledge.
- Contribute to team business development goals by accurately recording account activity and acquiring technical selling skills.
Qualifications and Location:
- Requires a desire for a sales career, strong motivation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in prospecting and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Must be knowledgeable about technology, proficient with computers and software, and willing to travel occasionally; a college degree is preferred.
- Role is 100% remote but only available to residents in 27 specified US states, including AL, TX, WA, and others; employment is contingent on right-to-work verification.
