Using your experience with AI, automation, and process improvement, you will identify and work with expert partners to implement AI tools and automation solutions to streamline learning and talent processes.
Leveraging your project management skills, you will support L&D and talent operations projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder communication, and effective change management.
As someone with a knack for process improvement, you will analyze current processes, recommend enhancements, and document business processes leveraging best practices to improve efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that tell the impact story of our talent development efforts and provide meaningful insights to leverage learning activity, compliance, and talent metrics.
Support other Talent Development team members with configuration and optimization of Workday Talent modules.
