About the role:
- Using your experience with AI, automation, and process improvement, you will identify and work with expert partners to implement AI tools and automation solutions to streamline learning and talent processes.
- Leveraging your project management skills, you will support L&D and talent operations projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder communication, and effective change management.
- As someone with a knack for process improvement, you will analyze current processes, recommend enhancements, and document business processes leveraging best practices to improve efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that tell the impact story of our talent development efforts and provide meaningful insights to leverage learning activity, compliance, and talent metrics.
- Support other Talent Development team members with configuration and optimization of Workday Talent modules.
