Responsibilities:
- Execute retail onboarding and account setup to ensure accurate data and system functionality.
- Maintain pricing accuracy, sales rules, and support feature adoption for platform tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pricing, invoicing, and ordering.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary $55,000 - $60,000 per year with unlimited PTO.
