About the Role:
- This position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence within a fast-growing, technology-enabled hospitality environment.
- The Program Associate will support the execution of strategic initiatives that improve processes, tools, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the execution of assigned operational projects from initial planning through implementation, rollout, and adoption.
- Review, update, and improve standard operating procedures and operational documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability.
- Lead change management activities by identifying impacted teams, supporting training efforts, and monitoring adoption after launches.
What We Offer:
