About the Job:
- Act as a strategic partner to people managers, coaching them through performance conversations, team dynamics, and day-to-day leadership challenges.
- Own performance management end-to-end and evolve our review strategy as the company grows.
- Lead compensation strategy, analyze market data, administer merit and bonus cycles, and partner with finance on commission plans.
About You:
- 7+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Proven experience owning compensation administration and evolving comp strategy.
- Proven experience designing and evolving performance management methodology and conducting investigations independently.
