Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards covering enhancement volumes, cycle times, and aging.
- Analyze vendor performance and cost variances to identify opportunities for stronger margins.
- Support pilot programs and process rollouts by validating data and documenting workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an analyst or operations support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to translate data into recommendations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $56,200–$70,250.
