Responsibilities:

  • Own the cadence of getting product updates to the sales team and customers.
  • Build and maintain the tools our GTM teams use daily - decks, use case documentation, and competitive positioning materials.
  • Ensure customers understand new capabilities and how to get value from them.

Market Insight:

  • Stay locked in with what's happening in the market - customer needs, competitor activity, and how other companies are enabling sales and marketing strategies.
  • Bring that insight to the product roadmap and clearly articulate the why.
  • Contribute market and customer perspective to pricing and packaging decisions as MedScout evolves its offerings.

Collaboration:

  • Serve as connective tissue across Growth, Sales, and Customer Success - ensuring messages and brand experiences are consistent.
  • Work with Customer Success to identify stories worth telling and document outcomes and impact.
