Office 365 Engineer

The Office 365 Engineer role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity infrastructure, focusing on AD (on-premises and hybrid), Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), identity lifecycle automation, And Exchange (on-premises and hybrid). You will support daily operations and strategic initiatives, collaborating with IT teams to drive improvements in authentication, authorization, and identity governance. Key responsibilities include architecting and managing multi-domain AD forests, implementing granular delegation models, leading AD disaster recovery planning, integrating AD with Azure AD, and providing expert-level support for Office 365 (Exchange (on-premises and online), and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
