What You'll Do:
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding healthcare accounts receivables across a multi-facility system.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, providers, and supervisors.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED with three years of call center experience.
- One year of billing and coding experience and six months of remote work experience.
Remote Requirements:
- Internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps speed and wired connection.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Suite and basic troubleshooting.
