Responsibilities:
- Identify and anticipate client and provider requirements to ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
- Implement overall relationship strategy to execute initiatives driving engagement and enrollment opportunities.
- Proactively mobilize internal resources for accurate and timely resolution of service requests and issues.
Requirements:
- Direct client facing experience with excellent communication and executive presence.
- Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple engagements.
- 10+ years Defined Contribution and/or financial services experience; Bachelor's degree required.
