Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, engage, and screen candidates for technical roles within the power and utilities sector
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach campaigns to build candidate pipelines for active and future roles
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct networking to identify and engage qualified candidates
Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required
- Experience recruiting for engineering, construction, utilities, or other technical roles strongly preferred
