What You'll Do:
- Generate strong pipelines across engineering and technical customer roles.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, outbound campaigns, and other creative strategies.
- Review and engage inbound applicants quickly and thoughtfully.
What You'll Bring:
- 1-5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
- Experience sourcing technical talent preferred.
- Strong sourcing fundamentals and ability to build smart searches.
