• Proactively engage engineering hiring managers to clarify expectations and strengthen alignment.
• Engage passive engineers through personalized outreach and exploratory conversations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with engineering talent.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated ability to build and convert high-quality pipelines for senior+ engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and leveling.
• Excellent written communication skills.
